In an industry defined by complex siloes, the traditional divide between brand strategy and factory-floor execution has long been a source of friction and waste. When brands and manufacturers rely on disparate systems and siloed data, agility is lost and the opportunity for true collaboration and real gains, remains untapped. This Fireside Chat brings together Sarah Poulton, Product Manager, Marks & Spencer and Jamie Symon, Business Development Leader at Coats Digital to explore how a connected digital ecosystem can transform this relationship. The Fireside Chat will move beyond the technical implementation of GSDCost to examine how a shared language of data creates a single source of truth, allowing brands and suppliers to function as a unified team.
